1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During festive seasons, sales, or new launches, processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated via email or WhatsApp.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Within India: Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
International Orders: Delivery may take 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance process.
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped, so you can easily follow your parcel’s journey.
3. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted logistics partners like Shiprocket, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.
International deliveries are handled through reliable international courier services.
4. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.
A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below ₹999 or for international deliveries (calculated at checkout).
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for most locations across India.
Please ensure the correct address and phone number are provided to avoid delivery issues.
Orders placed with COD might take an extra day to process.
6. Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to courier or weather issues.
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please contact us — we’ll help you resolve it quickly.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it.
