Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Saanjh Savera

At Saanjh Savera, every piece of jewelry is crafted and packed with care.
However, if something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to help you with an easy return or exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible, please ensure:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

All original tags, invoice, and accessories are included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

Earrings and ear cuffs

Items purchased during sale or clearance

Customized or made-to-order jewelry

Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at saanjhsavera.jewels@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8448827937 within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and share clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Once approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup or ask you to ship it back (depending on your location).

4. Refunds

For prepaid orders, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us — sometimes, it may take a few extra days to reflect.

5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different design or size, we’ll be happy to help — subject to product availability.
Price differences (if any) will be adjusted at the time of exchange.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If your jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect, please record an unboxing video and send it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll verify and either send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them if they haven’t been processed or shipped yet.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

8. Our Promise

We value your trust. Every piece that leaves our studio goes through a careful quality check.
If something still goes wrong, we promise to make it right — quickly and respectfully.
